１．ＩＤ・パスワードの取得
申請は電子申請システム(https://www-yousei.jsps.go.jp/yousei1/shinsei/index.html)を通じて行います。 横浜国立大学では、電子申請システムにログインするためのID・パスワードは研究推進課 研究助成係にて発行いたしますので、発行を希望される場合には日本学術振興会研究者養成事業ID・パスワード発行申請フォームに必要事項を入力の上、送信してください。折り返し、ID・パスワードをお知らせします。

※平成26年度採用分以降に特別研究員または海外特別研究員へ応募された方は、その際に発行したID・パスワードを引き続き使用することができます。ＩＤ・パスワードを忘れた場合は日本学術振興会研究者養成事業ID・パスワード【再】発行申請フォームより再発行の申請を行ってください。
※PDは研究機関移動先である受入研究機関からの申請となりますので、ID・パスワードも移動先の受入研究機関にて取得してください。

２．学内期限

学内申請期限は以下の通りです。なお、応募に際しては、申請者による申請書情報および申請内容ファイルの入力・作成だけでなく評価書作成者による評価書の入力も必要です。十分な時間的余裕を持って応募準備を開始し、期限までにデータ送信を完了させてください。
※日本学術振興会への提出期限延長に伴い、海外特別研究員・海外特別研究員（RRA）・特別研究員（RPD）の学内申請期限を変更しております。（令和2年4月21日）
※日本学術振興会への提出期限延長に伴い、特別研究員（PD・DC）の学内申請期限を変更しております。（令和2年5月22日）

海外特別研究員・海外特別研究員（RRA）…令和2年5月22日（金）17:00

特別研究員（RPD）…令和2年5月22日（金）17:00

特別研究員(PD・DC)……令和2年6月2日（火）17:00

1. Obtaining an ID and a password to use JSPS’s electronic application system
The application forms should be submitted via JSPS’s electronic application system. (https://www-yousei.jsps.go.jp/yousei1/shinsei/index.html) If you want an ID and a password to log in the system, please apply via application form for obtaining ID and Password.

※　Once the ID and the password have been provided, they can be used.
※　Applications for PD are submitted by a host researcher’s institution. So you should obtain a system ID and password from a host researcher’s institution.

2. Internal deadlines
Internal deadlines are as follows. You should submit your application forms via the electronic application system by the deadline for your category.

Overseas Research Fellowships・Overseas Research Fellowships(RRA)…Fri, 22 May 2020, 5:00 p.m.

Research Fellowships for Young Scientists(RPD)…Fri, 22 May 2020, 5:00 p.m.

Research Fellowships for Young Scientists(PD・DC)…Tue, 2 June 2020, 5:00 p.m.
